Fine European paintings were the star sellers at this auction of the Estate of the Late Robert Burke of Tamworth with bidders from the UK and Continental Europe competing to win the fine quality works, many of which fetched multiples of their estimates. Silver and antiques were also included and many sold well after the very fine English porcelain collection that Robert Burke had collected had been sold successfully by sister-brand Artvisory the month before. Sold rates were 98% by lot and 170% by value capping off a very successful two-pronged marketing campaign on behalf of the Burke family
